One address handles everything: corrections, disputes about a parameter, reuse and licensing, and anything you think should not be on the site.
What gets a fast reply
- A parameter dispute. Name the card, the board you were soldering, your tip geometry and the measured numbers. If your result differs reproducibly, the card gets corrected.
- A missing technique. If you do a job regularly that is not on the bench, describe the joint, the tooling and the numbers you use.
- A factual error. Standard references, datasheet figures and process limits are all fair game — cite the source.
- Reuse. Short quotations with a link back are fine without asking. Wholesale republication is not; ask first and say where it will appear.
What does not
FluxAnvil does not sell tools, does not run sponsored placements and does not review products, so there is no rate card and no media kit. Requests to add a vendor link, a discount code or a "partner" block go unanswered by policy rather than by rudeness.
Safety questions
Questions about fume extraction, lead handling or workspace safety are welcome and will be answered from the cards where possible. They will not be answered as advice about your specific product, your specific compliance obligation or your specific liability — that has to come from your own process owner.
Language
Write in English or Chinese; both are read. Replies come from a working bench, so allow a few working days.
